Mrs. Tarnoski is the Speech and Language specialist for the district. She also is in charge of the English Language Services (ESL) program and chairs the district's Professional Development Committee. A veteran speech/language specialist of 27 years, Mrs. Tarnoski has been at DTS for 18 years.
